These will be presented in the curriculum vitae submitted by the applicants. Even the progression
from one school to another requires a CV outlining the student's achievement so far. In every area of
occupation, communication skills are critical. Having proof of effective communication skills is a
pre-requisite for goal-achievement.

PRIMARY SCHOOL students are introduced to speech exams at Initial level and may continue through to Grade 4.
SECONDARY SCHOOL students may experience their first exam at a junior level but quickly move up the
levels to Grade 8.
TERTIARY students are now realising the value of qualifications additional to the regular school requirements.
They may start gaining their qualifications at a lower level but then pursue Associate, Licentiate and
Fellowship levels of achievement.
ADULT clients need to meet occupational performance criteria. They will be assisted in their choice of examination.
